1.1 Your usage of this site accept the below terms and conditions and privacy policy. 

Blissful Bakes Cake Emporium reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without notice. It is therefore recommended you refer back to these regularly to check for any changes.

1.2 Blissful Bakes Cake Emporium is operated by Olivia Bell and can be contacted via a contact form on www.blissfulbakescakeemporium.co.uk or via info@blissfulbakescakeemporium.co.uk 

2.1 You are permitted to use our website for your own personal use. Images and text are subject to copyright and you are not permitted to use images, text, or other intellectual property without written permission from Olivia Bell beforehand. 

2.2 This website must not be reproduced or copied without written consent from Olivia Bell beforehand.

2.2 You must be aged 18 or over to place an order with us or to register on our website.

2.3 www.blissfulbakescakeemporium.co.uk can be updated at any time without notice, including removing and adding pages, amending information, and updated pricing and delivery terms.

3.1 Blissful Bakes Cake Emporium cannot guarantee this website will be compatible with all hardware and software providers. 

3.2 Blissful Bakes Cake Emporium cannot guarantee this website will be live 365 days per year, although we endeavour for it to be.

3.3 Blissful Bakes Cake Emporium cannot be held responsible for any viruses that may affect your electronic device as a result of visiting or downloading from this website.

3.4  We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information on this Website is correct. However, we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of material on this Website.  We nor any other party (whether or not involved in producing, maintaining or delivering this Website), shall be liable or responsible for any kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party as a result of your or their usage of our website at any time. This exclusion shall include servicing or repair costs and, without limitation, any other direct, indirect or consequential loss 

4.1 Our website may have links to external sources or third parties for your convenience. Third party websites are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for any loss due to visiting a third party site 

5.1 Our range of products are handmade and therefore whilst we try our best, we cannot guarantee every item will be identical to images representing the products. This may include (but is not limited to) colours shown and placement of decoration. 

5.2 Images are for illustration purposes only

5.3 Product allergens and ingredients may change at any time, but the website and product labels will have up to date allergen information at all times. It is the customer's responsibility to check the allergen label of each product sold by Blissful Bakes Cake Emporium before ordering and consuming.

6.1 Prices are shown on this website as a guide. Some products have optional extras of which you will be given a total price on a quote before committing to purchase.

6.2 Full payment must be made upon ordering unless otherwise agreed by Blissful Bakes Cake Emporium in writing

6.3 Prices shown on our website and any other promotional media may be changed at any time without notice 

6.4 Payment can be made via bank transfer or paypal 

7.1 Blissful Bakes Cake Emporium reserves the right to cancel at any time and a full refund will be given. 

7.2 If you cancel your order with less than 7 days prior to the collection / delivery date you will be liable for the full cost of your order as invoiced. This is because ingredients will have already been purchased and you will have prevented a booking slot from being available to another sale.

7.3 If you cancel 8 days or more before your agreed collection / delivery date, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of the full cost of your order as invoiced. The remaining 50% balance is non-refundable.

7.4  If you wish to amend your order you must give a minimum of 7 days notice. We will do our best to accommodate amendment requests but we cannot guarantee changes will be accepted. 

7.5 Changes to your order(s) may incur additional charges which will be outlined before proceeding with any changes.

8.1 A one hour collection / delivery slot and date will be confirmed on your invoice. It is your responsibility to check these details are correct at the time of placing an order. Changes to times and dates for collection / delivery cannot be guaranteed.

8.2 If opting for delivery, it is your responsibility to check that the correct delivery address is supplied to Blissful Bakes Cake Emporium. 

8.3 If opting for delivery, we cannot be held responsible for a late delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as (but not limited to) breakdowns, road closures and traffic. 

8.4 If opting for collection, you will be supplied with a full address to collect your order from on your invoice

8.5 We cannot guarantee your desired collection / delivery time and date will be available at the time of placing your order. No times and dates are confirmed or reserved until full payment has been received as per your invoice.

8.6 Delivery may incur an additional charge which will be confirmed on your invoice 

9.1 To place an order contact us via the contact form on our website, or by emailing info@blissfulbakescakeemporium.co.uk 

9.2 Items listed on our website will usually be available to order, but we cannot guarantee each item's availability due to the nature of sourcing some specific branded ingredients.

9.3 Upon making contact with us, you will receive a quotation usually within 48 working hours. If you choose to proceed with an order please confirm and you will be sent an invoice with full details including payments, costings, and collection / delivery details. 

9.4 We usually ask for 7 days notice prior to collecting / accepting delivery of an order, but we will always endeavour to assist with last minute requests where possible. 

10.1 We hope that you are happy with your order, but if you have an issue with your order such as, an incorrect item differing from your invoice, (eg incorrect size or flavour), a damaged item, or an incomplete order please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery and we will try our best to resolve. Please note once you have received your order, we cannot accept any liability for damage to the product(s), e.g. if the products are damaged in transit after collection / the products ordered become misshapen, or change in appearance, you leave in direct sunlight etc.

10.2 We cannot accept refunds or returns for products or orders which have been handed to your care and you have changed your mind. This includes if you do not like the flavour or style you have chosen and as invoiced.

10.3 If a refund is agreed to be made to you, you are required to return the product prior to a refund to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.  

10.4 We will not refund nor replace any products or produce which has been purchased from a third party outlet other than this website 

10.5 This policy does not affect your legal right to satisfactory rights 

10.6 If you wish to make a complaint, the person who placed the other directly must contact us in writing via info@blissfulbakescakeemporium.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the order. We endeavour to respond within 48 working hours of receiving your complaint. 

11.1 You will be given care instructions on how to look after your order once in your care. This will include storing your bake, transportation, and shelf life.

12.1 Allergens are show under each product on our website. 

12.2 If you opt to the 'mix and match' option via Facebook or Whatsapp full allergen information is available upon request 

12.3 If you are unsure at any time of allergens, please contact us for clarification 

12.4 All products are produced in an environment using the main 14 allergens including,  celery, cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, rye, barley, and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (if the sulphur dioxide and sulphites are at a concentration of more than ten parts per million) and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts). Whilst every effort and precaution is made, we cannot guarantee cross contamination won't occur.

13.1  This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales. 

14.1 Blissful Bakes Cake Emporium may use this site to collect customer data which may include gathering cookies.  You may configure your web browser to prevent us using cookies however this may reduce the functionality of some pages on this Site. This information is used to gather numbers on visitors to the site.
