Terms and Conditions

Quoting Process 

Please contact us for a tailored quote for your requirements to receive an accurate quote for our services.

Ordering 

Unless otherwise agreed, we require at least seven days notice for a new order from the point of payment to the collection date. Orders can be placed via email, telephone, or messages. Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received. 

Cancellations by the supplier

Blissful Bakes Cake Emporium reserves the right to cancel an order at any time without prior notice. A full refund will be made if the cancellation is made by Blissful Bakes Cake Emporium

Cancellations by the customer 

Cancelled with over two weeks notice before collection date, we reserve the right to retain 50% of the order value as a non refundable deposit.

Cancelled with less than two weeks notice before cancellation date, we reserve the right to seek 100% of the order value. 

Cancellations must be made in writing by email of which the date received by Blissful Bake Cake Emporium will be your cancellation date.

If your required date is required to be postponed, we will do our best to accommodate your new date without imposing cancellation terms. If we cannot accommodate your new dates the above cancellation costs will apply. 

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon ordering unless otherwise agreed by Blissful Bakes Cake Emporium. 

Returns Policy / Refunds

We are unable to offer refunds on our products. This does not affect your satisfactory rights. 

Collection Dates

All orders require collection from Princes Risborough unless otherwise mutually agreed between Blissful Bakes Cake Emporium and the customer. A time and date will be mutually confirmed. If you are unable to make your agreed date or time for collection you must let us know at your earliest opportunity. We cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate a new collection time or date and refunds will not be given in this situation.

Allergies

All of our products are made in a kitchen which handles all common allergens and therefore we cannot guarantee cross contamination will not occur. You must make Blissful Bakes Cake Emporium aware of any allergies at the time of obtaining a quote and placing an order. Common allergens include:  

• Celery
• Cereals containing Wheat and Gluten
• Egg
• Fish
• Lupin
• Milk
• Mustard
• Peanuts
• Sesame
• Soybeans
• Sulphur Dioxide and Sulphates (at a concentration of more than ten parts per million)
• Tree Nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts)

Damages 

Upon collection of your goods, and therefore the good leaving our premises, we cannot accept any responsibility for damage or spoiling. We will offer advice on storage conditions upon collection and we suggest transporting goods steadily. Our products are freshly made and we suggest eating them within 48 hours of collection unless otherwise specified upon ordering.

Complaints

Complaints must be made in writing within 48 hours of collecting your order. Any evidence of the fault should be documented. Please contact blissfulbakescakeemporium@gmail.com if required.
